Becoming Part of the Frankfort Community

For this project, we worked closely with the local municipality to ensure we created a building that looks like it has always been a part of this area. From updating our construction finishes to include more earth tones, to adding water features near our extended drive, this community will be a jewel in the Frankfort area.

From Planning to Production

As with all projects, we went into this one with the attention to detail and cost-efficiency that Brahms is known for. From the initial planning phases to the current construction process, each stage has reassured our client that they made a great choice in choosing to build with us. We look forward to sharing our final cost savings and successes as we finalize this brand-new construction.

A Brand-New Community to Call Home

This community will be opening in fall 2021 and offers 56 assisted living and 27 memory care apartments. In addition to these brand-new living spaces, the community also is equipped with a 24/7 emergency safety system, on-site therapy and wellness center, and beautiful outdoor courtyards and walking paths. As with every project we tackle, the true success comes from expanding our knowledge and skill set while providing an exceptional community for seniors to call home.

Opening in Fall 2021, Cedarhurst of Frankfort will offer assisted living and memory care services to area seniors. This project has been moving along nicely, and we are extremely pleased with our progress and impact in the community thus far.
